Murphy SK009 Development Field & Offshore Pipeline

BEKK Solutions International Limited (BVI) has been awarded the contract for continuing logistical support for an Air Diving System and supplying a Dive Technician onto the DLB SWIBER CONQUEST that will be performing the pipe lay and commissioning works in the Murphy SK009 Development Field BORF shore pull to GO – RA 24 inch trunk line on Sarawak’s North Coast, for Murphy Oil Company Limited.

The barge has been operating non-stop since the commissioning for three major projects in Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia. Across all the projects, the barge has installed a total of 11 pipelines ranging from 6 inches to 16 inches in diameter in water depths varying from 5 metres to 55 metres and has achieved a lay rate as high as 3.5 kilometers in one day.

On completion the barge will sail off to install pipelines in the Natuna Sea, Indonesia.

With Air Diving logistical support incl. technician assistance from BEKK, KREUZ Subsea Pte, a wholly owned subsidiary of SWIBER is too complete the subsea and commissioning activities installing subsea pipelines, spools and risers.
