Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPTSL) operates a catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM)-type single path-single point mooring buoy (SPBM) connected to the Muthurajawela Terminal via an offshore/on shore pipeline dedicated for import of white oils. Leighton International installed this import facility designed to accommodate tankers with a maximum capacity of 60,000 DWT and the pipelines in 2003.

The new SPBM is designed to utilize the existing anchor chains.

BEKK Solutions International Limited will be providing diving support for installation of PLEM, SPM buoy, two (2) subsea and two (2) surface hoses, free span correction using freeform grout bags, commissioning.
